JWEI CB03II Series — digital cutting systems

The JWEI CB03II series includes cutting systems configured for different materials. CB03II-1113 and CB03II-2516-RQ are not simply different sizes of the same machine. The manufacturer presents CB03II-1113 for corrugated boxes, folding cartons, paper bags and display-stand samples and short runs. Confirm its working area and tooling for that model; textile-variant specifications do not apply to it. CB03II-2516-RQ is intended for knitted and woven fabrics, canvas, imitation leather, and garment, bag, upholstery and carpet fabrics. Cutting area is 2500 × 1600 mm; visual working area is 2300 × 1600 mm. Listed maximum speed is 1500 mm/s. Standard cutting thickness is 5 mm, optionally increased to 10 mm. Suitability depends on material and tool; maximum speed is not guaranteed production output. 2516-RQ uses vacuum hold-down and visual plaid/stripe matching. Automatic labelling and residue cleaning are optional. Brochure values for this variant are ±0.1 mm repeat precision, 10 kW, AC 380 V ±10%, 1095 kg and dimensions of 6068 × 2504 × 1325 mm.
