Colibri Digital CNC CUT

Colibri Digital CNC CUT is designed for contour cutting and routing non-metallic materials. Its fixed 1300 × 2500 mm working bed serves sign-making, gasket, leather, textile and carpet processing tasks. Depending on the selected tooling, the system supports through cutting, partial-depth cutting, routing, hole making, creasing and marking. The tooling description lists oscillating and pneumatic knives, a rotary cutting tool, a creasing tool, a marking pen and a routing tool. These are available tooling types, not a confirmed standard delivery package. Automatic registration-mark positioning helps align the cutting path with the workpiece. Nesting software helps plan the arrangement of parts on a material sheet, while 1:1 contour projection shows the planned layout on the bed. The 4 kW spindle has a stated speed range of 0–40,000 rpm. The stated 80 m/min is an idle traverse speed, not a guaranteed cutting speed. Repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.1 mm; this is not a guarantee of finished-part dimensional tolerance. The source lists PTFE, graphite composite, rubber, KT board, foamed PVC, leather and carpets. Tooling and operating settings must match the actual material and task.
