A cookie is a small data record in a browser. It can remember a choice or maintain a session. Local storage, pixels and other technologies can perform similar functions; legal requirements depend on how they work, not merely their name. Session cookies serve a session; persistent cookies have a specified lifetime. First-party cookies are set by the site you visit, while third-party cookies are set by other providers.

• Strictly necessary cookies can be used without consent only as necessary for transmitting communications or delivering a service you explicitly request. A category label does not itself prove necessity.
• Preference cookies remember choices. Whether consent is needed depends on their specific purpose.
• Analytics measures website use; marketing tools may measure or tailor advertising. Where consent is legally required, they must not be activated before it is obtained.

Browsing, silence, a pre-selected option or submitting an enquiry is not valid consent to non-essential tracking. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous. A new purpose or provider is not automatically covered by earlier general consent. Describing these categories does not mean all are actually used.

The banner offers necessary-only, accept-all and settings options. A settings button in the footer is also provided to review choices. Labels depend on the selected language. Rejecting non-essential categories should not prevent basic browsing; separate external content may be unavailable if it requires consent.

Withdrawing consent must be as easy as giving it. Browser settings let you inspect, block and delete cookies and site storage. Deleting the choice record may cause the site to ask again. Choices may differ between browsers, devices and domains. Deleting a cookie does not itself delete data already lawfully collected or alter the lawfulness of earlier processing.

This revision does not confirm the earlier statement that only two cookies are used or that there are no third-party technologies. Exact names, domains, providers, purposes and lifetimes require technical verification. While the inventory is being clarified, ask labas@reklamis.lt about a particular entry visible in your browser; do not send session identifiers or cookie values.

External videos or links may involve other providers' data processing. Their rules apply when you open their site. Where external content on our page requires consent, it must be obtained before the relevant technologies activate. Publishing this policy does not certify that technical blocking has already been tested.

The policy is updated as technologies change or verification is completed. A new text is not itself new consent. If choice controls do not work or you have questions, contact labas@reklamis.lt with the page, browser and problem.

With your consent to analytics, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to measure website traffic. Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_* cookies; their default lifetime is 2 years, although your browser may shorten it. You can change your choice in the cookie settings in the footer. Google processes the data under its privacy terms; data may also be processed outside the EEA.
