Need equipment repairs, a spare part or operator training? Choose a service and tell us the equipment model and what you need. We will agree on the scope, timing, location and price for your situation.
Describe your product, materials, format and expected workload. Include the equipment you already use.
02
Equipment and quotation
We discuss the model and configuration. The quotation identifies the equipment, accessories and included services.
03
Testing your job
If suitable equipment is available, we arrange a test using your file and material. We agree on evaluation criteria in advance.
04
Preparing for production
Delivery, installation, commissioning and training follow the scope agreed in the quotation.
05
Maintenance and further support
Send a separate enquiry for a fault, spare parts or further training. We assess the options and terms for your specific model.
How we plan service work
We first assess the equipment model, fault symptoms and location. We then discuss remote diagnostics, whether a visit is needed and the applicable service terms.
Service in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia
Remote diagnostics where safe and suitable for the fault
Parts compatibility and availability checked against equipment details
Work scope and terms agreed before a visit
We confirm the response timeframe after registering your enquiry
Before you send an enquiry
Training, servicing, parts and equipment purchases
We agree on the training language before preparing the quotation. In Lithuania, we can provide training in Lithuanian; specify any other preferred language in your enquiry. Manufacturer instructions and software interfaces may be in English. The quotation states the training language and materials provided.
Duration depends on the equipment model, operator experience and selected topics. The programme can cover job preparation, production workflow, quality checks and daily maintenance. Colour management or more complex tasks are agreed separately. The quotation sets out the topics and planned duration.
We confirm timing based on the products, quantities, availability and delivery location. Before you order, we identify what can be supplied from stock, what needs ordering and whether delivery will be split. If materials are needed for a specific job, confirm the delivery date before scheduling production.
This depends on the model, ink formulation and manufacturer's requirements. Before changing ink, check compatibility, maintenance requirements and warranty terms. A different ink can affect colour, drying or adhesion. Provide the model and details of the current and proposed inks; the supplier's name alone does not establish compatibility.
Send the manufacturer, exact model, serial number and part code, if known. If you do not have the code, include photographs of the part and a description of the fault. Once identified, we check compatibility, price, estimated lead time and whether specialist installation is needed. Availability is confirmed for the specific part, not the model as a whole.
We assess this for the specific model and fault. Provide the manufacturer, model, serial number, inks or materials used and fault symptoms. We check the required documentation, diagnostic options and parts supply. We confirm whether we can undertake the work before arranging a visit or ordering parts.
We confirm timing after registering and assessing the case. It depends on the impact on production, service agreement, equipment location and specialist availability. Include the model, serial number, error message and steps already taken. Where possible, we begin with remote diagnostics; an initial response does not mean a visit or repair has been completed.
We can prepare a quotation showing the equipment configuration, price and delivery terms for submission to your chosen finance provider. The provider decides on approval, deposit, term, interest and other conditions; Reklamis does not guarantee them. If the provider requires a specific quotation format, let us know in advance.
A demonstration or production test can be arranged if suitable equipment is available. Send a sample file, material details, expected run size and quality criteria in advance. We agree on the model, location and scope of the test before the meeting. If the model is unavailable, we discuss other ways to assess it.
The specific quotation determines what is included. It identifies the equipment and configuration, and whether software, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial consumables are included. Warranty terms and optional extras are stated separately. Compare quotations on the full scope needed to start production, not just the machine price.
Equipment not working as expected?
Include the model, serial number and fault symptoms. Add the error message and describe what you have already tried so we can assess the situation.
