IECHO BK2 – flatbed digital cutting system

IECHO BK2 processes single or few material layers for signs, packaging, garments, upholstery, automotive interiors and composites. Different tools enable through cutting, kiss cutting, engraving, creasing, grooving and marking; not every operation is standard equipment. The manufacturer lists textiles, PVC, films, paper, cardboard, corrugated and honeycomb board, foam-core and sandwich boards, leather and composites. Routing enables processing of acrylic and aluminium composite panels. Tool choice depends on material structure and thickness. Four brochure sizes are available: BK2-1311, BK2-1713, BK2-2011 and BK2-2516. Working areas and floor footprints are listed separately. Custom length and width ranges of 800–5000 mm require manufacturer confirmation. Vacuum hold-down secures the material. Conveyor feeding and collection, CCD camera positioning and automatic nesting support the production workflow. IECHO CutterServer controls motion. Construction includes a PMMA acrylic table, reinforced frame, infrared safety sensing and a control-box heat sink. Tools, punching and routing heads, camera, automatic loading with edge control and stacking equipment are configuration choices, not a promise of standard inclusion. The brochure's 1000 mm/s speed, 0.1 mm precision and thickness up to 50 mm depend on the material and tool. The precision measurement method is not stated. Pump ratings are not total electrical consumption. Specify the material, thickness, part size, required operations and sheet or roll feeding when selecting the configuration.
