JWEI LST03II-0806-RM – automatic sheet-fed digital cutter

JWEI LST03II-0806-RM is designed for print shops and packaging producers cutting varied contours without a dedicated cutting die. Its working area is 800 × 600 mm, with an automatic feeder stack height up to 100 mm. Vacuum sheet feeding and CCD registration help align cutting with printed work. Depending on tooling, the system supports through cutting, kiss cutting, creasing and V-grooving. The manufacturer lists cardboard, self-adhesive materials, PVC, foam board, magnetic stickers and plastic film. Suitability depends on the material and tool; tool configuration is agreed separately. Listed maximum speed is 1,500 mm/s and thickness up to 10 mm, depending on material. The stated SRA3 sheet cycle is 15–45 s and B2 cycle 70 s, depending on contour complexity. These are not guaranteed production rates. Repeat accuracy is ±0.1 mm. Dimensions are 3,200 × 1,100 × 1,100 mm; the brochure lists a machine weight of 400 kg. Connectivity is Ethernet; both sources list PLT and DXF. The model page also lists XML and CF2, while the brochure assigns these to the 0912 model. XML and CF2 support for the 0806 remains subject to clarification for the software version. Supply is 220 V ±10%, 50 Hz. The model page lists 4 kW and the brochure 1.63 kVA.
