IECHO BK3 — digital cutting and finishing system

The IECHO BK3 is designed for print shops, sign makers and packaging producers that need to cut digital contours and carry out finishing operations. It suits prototypes, short runs and repeat production jobs. Operations matched to the tools BK3 supports through cutting, kiss cutting without cutting through the backing, routing, hole punching, creasing and marking. Each operation requires suitable tools; the list of capabilities does not mean that every tool is included as standard. Material holding and registration Individually controlled vacuum zones hold material in the selected working area. A CCD camera reads registration marks to align the cutting contour with the print. Automatic knife initialization helps control cutting depth. Feeding and productivity The conveyor links material feeding, cutting and delivery. Sheet feeding and collection equipment can automate additional handling stages. The manufacturer specifies a maximum cutting speed of 1.5 m/s; actual throughput depends on the contour, material, tool and settings. Specify the material, thickness, sheet format and required operations when selecting a configuration. Table size, tools and feeding equipment are matched to the intended work.
