AXYZ INNOVATOR – compact CNC router

AXYZ INNOVATOR is a CNC router for workshops, prototype developers and teaching laboratories where a compact machine matters. It can process wood, plastics, foams and non-ferrous metals when the tooling, workholding and cutting parameters are selected for the material. Construction and control A welded steel frame, servo motors and helical rack-and-pinion drive form the machine's mechanical platform. The AXYZ A2MC controller and Smart Console provide machine control. When choosing CAM software, confirm that its output is compatible with the control system. Choosing a working area The INNOVATOR 4 × 4 has a working area of 1,219 × 1,244 mm; the 5 × 8 offers 1,524 × 2,438 mm; and the 5 × 10 offers 1,524 × 3,050 mm. All three models have 152 mm of gantry clearance. Usable workpiece thickness also depends on tool length and workholding: gantry clearance is not a promise that material of that thickness can be routed. Optional equipment The manufacturer offers a three-position automatic tool changer, the AXYZ vision system, dust extraction equipment, a coolant misting system and cutting knives. These are options, not equipment included in every configuration. Confirm the required package before ordering. When selecting an INNOVATOR, specify workpiece dimensions, materials and machining operations. These help determine the working area, tool-changing requirements and additional tools. The stated travel speed of up to 25 m/min is not a guaranteed routing feed rate; cutting parameters depend on the material, tool and required finish.
