1. General Provisions
   1.1. These rules define the rights and responsibilities between Reklamis LT UAB (hereinafter –
   the Seller) and the Buyer when purchasing goods via the online store www.reklamis.lt.
   1.2. The Seller may update the terms at any time. The version valid at the moment of placing
   the order shall apply.
   1.3. A purchase-sale contract is deemed concluded once the Buyer confirms the order. If the
   Buyer disagrees with any part of the terms, the purchase must not be completed.
2. Buyer’s Rights
   2.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase products in accordance with the laws of the Republic
   of Lithuania.
   2.2. The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods
   by notifying the Seller in writing.
   2.3. The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
   – the product has been unsealed;
   – the product shows signs of use or damage;
   – the product was custom-made for the Buyer;
   – the product has a short shelf life.
3. Buyer’s Obligations
   3.1. The Buyer agrees to pay for the selected products and accept the delivery.
   3.2. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the order is considered cancelled.
   3.3. The Buyer must update contact details if they change before delivery.
   3.4. Any errors or cancellations must be reported immediately.
   3.5. The Buyer must comply with these terms and applicable legal acts.
   3.6. Login credentials must be kept secure and not shared with others.
4. Seller’s Rights
   4.1. If the Buyer violates the rules or disrupts the website’s operation, the Seller has the right to
   restrict or suspend access without prior notice.
   4.2. The Seller may unilaterally modify the rules by publishing an updated version on the
   website.
   4.3. The online store may be temporarily suspended due to unforeseen technical or other
   significant reasons.
   4.4. Orders may be cancelled if payment is not received within 24 hours.
   4.5. A purchase contract may be considered invalid if the products are no longer available or
   the Buyer is not eligible to make purchases.
   4.6. The Seller may refuse to accept returned goods that were custom-made according to the
   Buyer’s specifications.
5. Seller’s Obligations
   5.1. The Seller undertakes to ensure the proper operation of the e-store.
   5.2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable laws.
   5.3. If the Seller cannot fulfill an order, a similar product may be offered or the paid amount
   refunded within 14 business days.
   5.4. The Seller complies with all other obligations set out in these terms.
6. Product Quality and Warranty
   6.1. All products sold meet the required quality standards.
   6.2. Product descriptions specify their properties.
   6.3. Minor discrepancies between product visuals and actual appearance are not considered
   defects.
7. Delivery Terms
   7.1. The Buyer must provide accurate delivery information.
   7.2. Products are delivered by the Seller or authorized couriers.
   7.3. Delivery costs depend on the weight and volume of the order.
   7.4. Usual delivery time is 1–2 business days after payment, though this is not guaranteed.
   7.5. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect information or the Buyer’s
   fault.
   7.6. Products are handed over to the Buyer or their authorized representative.
   7.7. The shipment must be inspected upon delivery.
   7.8. Any damage must be documented in the delivery papers or the shipment should be
   refused.
   7.9. If accepted without remarks, the goods are deemed delivered properly.
8. Liability
   8.1. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate data.
   8.2. Any violations are subject to legal liability as per Lithuanian law.
   8.3. Actions taken using the Buyer’s login are considered done by the Buyer.
   8.4. The Seller is not liable for third-party website content.
   8.5. If the Buyer did not read the rules despite the opportunity, the Seller is not responsible for
   resulting misunderstandings.
9. Personal Data Protection
   9.1. The Seller processes data only as needed to fulfill orders, analyze performance, or conduct
   marketing.
   9.2. By providing contact details, the Buyer agrees to receive order-related messages.
   9.3. Promotional materials are only sent with the Buyer’s consent.
   9.4. The Buyer has the right to access, correct, or delete their data.
   9.5. If the Buyer refuses data processing, the transaction cannot be completed.
10. Prices and Payment
    10.1. All prices are in euros and include VAT.
    10.2. Prices may be updated due to objective circumstances.
    10.3. Payment must be made within 24 hours.
    10.4. The order number must be included in the payment reference.
    10.5. Payment security is ensured by the Buyer’s bank.
    10.6. Invoices are emailed within 1–2 business days after shipment.
11. Notifications and Promotions
    11.1. The Seller may organize marketing campaigns.
    11.2. Terms of promotions may be changed without prior notice.
    11.3. Notices are sent to the email provided by the Buyer.
    11.4. The Buyer may contact the Seller via the website contact form.
    11.5. The Seller is not responsible if messages fail to reach due to technical issues.
12. Final Provisions
    12.1. These terms are governed by Lithuanian law.
    12.2. If the Buyer disagrees with any changes, they must discontinue use of the services.
    12.3. Disputes are resolved through negotiation or, failing that, in court.
