Eye-Catching Decals

The BN-20 Series desktop printer/cutters are ideal for producing full-colour logos, stickers, and a wide variety of other print-and-cut graphics. The BN-20 and BN-20A streamline the production process by automatically contour cutting printed graphics, eliminating the need to reload and reposition graphics. For graphics that require lamination, our Quadralign® four-point optical registration system allows users to remove prints, laminate and simply reload them for precision cutting. Quadralign® will automatically realign the cutting path and compensates for skew and distortion for a perfect cut every time.

CMYK ink

CMYK

Four-color standard process colour inkjet printing

CMYK and metallic silver ink

CMYK+Mt (Metallic*)

Metallic ink can be printed as a spot colour or combined with CMYK to produce over 500 striking metallic and pearlescent colours, including Roland’s Metallic Texture Library of different texture fills

Take Control of Cutting

Combined with 300g downward force cutting capability, the integrated contour cutting of the BN-20 Series is consistent and virtually eliminates common problems inherent in drag knife technology with simple up/down electronic controls. Ingenious cutting carriage technology prevents bounce against the media if the force is set too high for the substrate.

Low Maintenance Cost, High Reliability

Built with Roland DG’s well known quality standards for reliability, the BN-20 Series features gold-plated heads to reduce static and prevent clogging and a patent-pending wiper system to decrease wear and tear on the print head and prolong its life by reducing buildup. A patent-pending automated Ink Circulation System* reduces waste, for dramatically lower running costs while ensuring exceptional image quality over the long term.
