Return Conditions
Product returns on Reklamis.lt are handled in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and relevant ministerial orders on distance contracts and returns.
Return Costs
All return costs are paid by the Buyer. Items that do not meet expectations (size, color, model, etc.) may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Products must be returned in original, undamaged and clean packaging.
Return Requirements
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition. All parts and documents (including invoice) must be returned. The Seller may refuse the return if the item is incomplete or the packaging is damaged.
Defective Goods
If a product is faulty, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 20 business days of receipt. The Seller will either replace the item or issue a refund within 7 days.
Exceptions
Custom-made or modified products (e.g., cut-to-size) are non-returnable.
If the return is rejected, the Buyer must collect the item within 14 business days. Failure to do so will result in loss of refund rights.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes are first addressed through mutual negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved under Lithuanian law.
